    作者簡介

    劉冠麟

      英國愛爾蘭大學服務管理博士。土生土長的香港人,熱愛美食與海洋,擅於結合美的事物,藝貫中西。

      因喜愛美食,到澳門魚翅餐廳學藝,從此進入餐飲界。服務於台北遠東國際大飯店多年。
